Role Overview
Working in our Creative Production Team, the Creative Producer manages client relationships and oversees the production of AV content for major studios, film and TV production companies, broadcasters, and brands. This includes trailers, TV spots, social content, sales promos, mood reels, digital out-of-home (DOOH) campaigns, radio spots, and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work independently and creatively, consistently delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude. A minimum of two years' experience as a Creative Producer is essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Offline Editors to deliver outstanding creative work that fulfills client briefs.
- Liaise with the GFX Creative Team to ensure the motion graphics vision is both creatively ambitious and technically achievable within budget and schedule.
- Manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, both internally and externally.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production process, providing clear and proactive communication.
- Coordinate client feedback and approvals, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned throughout each project.
- Develop creative solutions in response to client briefs, working closely with editorial, design and production teams.
- Identify and resolve production challenges, adapting plans where necessary to keep projects on track.
- Source and manage freelance talent and external suppliers where required.
- Drive business development through face-to-face meetings, direct client communication and identifying opportunities to cross-sell services.
- Support new business pitches and presentations, contributing creative ideas and production expertise.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working culture, building strong relationships across all departments.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative, technical and broadcast standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms and new technologies to help identify creative opportunities.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Creative AV Producer within the theatrical, streaming, broadcast or home entertainment industries.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the production process.
- Experience working closely with Offline Editors, Sound Engineers, Motion Graphics Designers, Production, Trafficking and Data I/O teams.
- Demonstrated ability to produce a broad range of AV campaigns and deliverables, including trailers, TV spots, social content, sales promos and digital campaigns.
- Strong creative edit producing skills with excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
- In-depth knowledge of AV production workflows from briefing through to final delivery.
- Strong understanding of technical delivery requirements, including:
1. Video: Social, HD and theatrical finishing; frame rates; aspect ratios; texted/textless versions; digital delivery specifications; and the integration of motion graphics.
2. Audio: Stereo, splits, 5.1 theatrical, R128 loudness standards, and broadcast mute requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources effectively.
- A proactive, collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently while building strong relationships across creative and production teams.
- Passion for film, television and entertainment marketing, with a strong understanding of current industry trends and audience behaviours.
