Job Description
Workplace Systems Analyst
Liverpool or London | Permanent | £40,000 | Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Do you have experience working with CAFM or ServiceNow systems? Are you confident with reporting tools like Power BI and Excel? Looking for a role that offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to support a global, highly regarded firm? We’re recruiting on behalf of an international law firm for a new role supporting their Workplace Services team. You’ll be working at the intersection of technology and facilities operations, helping to drive the use of data and digital tools to streamline processes and improve workplace efficiency.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the development and day-to-day use of ServiceNow WSD or similar CAFM systems
- Creating clear, impactful reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions
- Maintaining accurate facilities and asset data
- Collaborating with facilities and property teams across the business
- Assisting with or leading on workplace system improvement projects
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with CAFM systems such as ServiceNow, Maximo, Concept, or Condeco
- Solid reporting and analysis skills using Power BI and advanced Excel
- A background in facilities, workplace operations, or property teams
- Someone who’s organised, data-driven, and confident liaising with stakeholders
