As the Global UC Architect, you will design, implement, and manage scalable telecommunications services, including video telephony (MS Teams), voicemail, contact centers, and remote access. This individual will lead projects, provide strategic telecom guidance, and ensure systems are secure, reliable, and cost-effective. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the organization’s global telecom strategy. Design and integrate on-premises and cloud-based telecom solutions. Act as a technical escalation point and mentor junior team members. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies. Collaborate on projects and produce high-quality documentation. Qualifications & Experience A bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems or equivalent experience. Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams voice services, and telecom protocols (e.g., SIP, ISDNPRI).
