We are working with a well-established organisation looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Service Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a mix of office and remote working.
Key details:
- Salary: £27,000
- Location: Peterborough
- Home based shifts: 7:00am and 10:30am start
- Office-based shifts (minimum 3 days on-site): 08:00 to 16:30 and 10:00 to 18:30

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Logging, prioritising, and managing incidents through to resolution
- Escalating complex issues where required
- Supporting a range of technologies including Active Directory, VPNs, mobile devices, and CRM systems
- Ensuring excellent communication and regular updates to end users
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in a service desk or IT support environment
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- A proactive and positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
