A leading international law firm is looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead a major global HR transformation programme centred around SAP SuccessFactors. This is a high-profile role working closely with senior HR and business leadership to deliver a global HR platform rollout across multiple international offices. The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and organisational change throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the global implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors
- Manage HR transformation workstreams including process improvement and business change
- Drive programme governance, planning, RAID management and executive reporting
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Operations and the wider business
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and delivery partners globally
- Ensure delivery against timelines, budget and programme objectives
- Support communications, training and adoption activities across the business
Required experience:
- Proven track record delivering multiple global HR platform implementations
- Strong HRIS transformation experience within complex international environments
- SAP SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred
- Legal sector experience highly desirable - wider professional services may also be considered
- Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level
- Experience managing third-party vendors and systems integrators
- Hands-on project delivery approach with excellent communication skills
