A leading law firm based in Liverpool is hiring an IT Trainer to join their Talent Development team. This role offers the chance to combine hands-on training delivery with strategic ownership of digital learning, helping colleagues across the business get the most out of AI and other digital tools.

You’ll deliver training, take ownership of the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS), develop content, and work closely with teams to embed smarter, more productive ways of working.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in digital learning or IT training
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 and AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT), with the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical colleagues
  • Experience creating engaging content and managing an LMS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle, Totara, Workday Learning)
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with teams across the business

Beneficial:

  • Experience within the legal sector or familiarity with legal applications
