ITSM System Administrator 3 days office / 2 days working from home In this newly created position with a leading global law firm in London, you will be working as the sole ITSM System Administrator for the firm. They have recently rolled out Ivanti Neurons as their ITSM platform – this is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at a time where you can help shape the way they use the ITSM tool across the business!
