Job Description

IT Service Management Analyst

Law Firm – London

Hybrid working – 2 days office / 3 days working from home per week

In this exciting newly created role at a leading global law firm in the city, you will be driving service improvements within the firm. If you’re passionate about continuous improvement and want to drive meaningful change, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Your focus will be across core ITIL processes – Incident, Change, Service Request and Problem Management – with opportunities to expand into other areas as the function evolves.
