We are currently working with an industry-leading multinational professional services organisation who are looking for an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy, this role will support the creation and maintenance of a strategic IT infrastructure roadmap that aligns with the firm's business objectives. The person will work closely with leadership to ensure that the underlying core IT infrastructure is optimised for cost, risk reduction and enables innovation.

The role is a member of the Enterprise Architecture and Technology platform leadership team and will play a role in motivating a team of skilled IT professionals and directing external third-party service providers.

What You'll Be Accountable For:

  • Owning the enterprise-level infrastructure roadmap
  • Defining target state architecture, standards and blueprints
  • Governing architecture review boards and decision frameworks
  • Aligning infrastructure strategy with cyber security principles
  • Setting resilience and risk-reduction standards
  • Influencing strategic vendor direction and rationalisation
  • Providing leadership to senior architects and technical teams (including third parties)
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across a regulated professional services environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven background working as an Enterprise Architect with strong experience owning enterprise infrastructure architecture roadmaps across networks, server, storage and cloud.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of information security frameworks and approaches.
  • Understanding of modern infrastructure technologies and their operational management.
  • Applied knowledge of IT strategic planning, design, and operations processes
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business leaders
  • Strong background working in large scale multinational organisations (e.g. Legal, Professional Services or highly regulated environments)
