Solution and Data Architect (Integration), Legal Technology

Permanent Up to Β£110,000 + benefits Hybrid, City of London

A leading international law firm is creating a new Solution and Data Architect role to own how data flows across its core legal platforms.

This is a design-led role. You will define and take accountability for the integration architecture between platforms such as Elite 3E Cloud and Intapp Cloud and the firm's Microsoft and Azure estate. Technical teams build; you design, assure their delivery, and present your designs to the business.

You will:

  • Own the target-state integration architecture across practice management, risk, intake and time platforms.
  • Design data flows, interfaces and APIs, including how client and matter data stays consistent and how failures are reconciled.
  • Assure the work of internal and third-party delivery teams.
  • Advise on new AI and legal technology so it meets the firm's integration and data standards.

You will bring:

  • Experience designing or governing integrations involving Elite 3E and/or Intapp, or a comparable legal platform. In-house, consultancy or vendor-side all count, in legal or wider professional services.
  • Integration design experience with Azure integration services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Event Grid, Data Factory) and REST APIs.
  • Ownership of designs that others delivered, and the confidence to present and defend them.

Senior integration engineers or technical leads who already own and present designs, and want to move fully into architecture, are welcome to apply.

Nice to have: iManage integration, awareness of MCP or similar standards for connecting AI tools to enterprise systems, and data governance experience.

Why apply: a new role with real influence, significant investment in AI including a firmwide generative AI rollout, and a collaborative, supportive culture.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship. Reasonable adjustments are available throughout. We welcome applications from everyone.
