As an IT Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all technical solutions meet business and quality standards. You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Using a mix of manual and automated testing techniques, you will help to identify and resolve issues, ensuring solutions meet expectations before they go live.

Key Responsibilities & Core Technologies
Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure software meets business needs
Create and execute test plans and scripts for projects, covering both manual and automated testing
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues
Use automation testing tools like Selenium or Katalon Studio to improve testing efficiency
Lead testing communities within the business, guiding subject matter experts on best practices
Analyse test results and provide clear reports for senior stakeholders
Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met within IT projects

Essential Technical Skills:
o Experience in legal practice management system implementations (Elite 3E Cloud or similar)
o Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing
o Knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile testing, black-box, white-box)
o Experience in automation testing frameworks (eg Selenium, Katalon Studio)
o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and test reporting tools
