- Coordinate multiple workstreams across regions and functions
- Drive stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and partners
- Support change adoption through structured frameworks and practical implementation
- Track KPIs, programme metrics and ensure measurable impact
What we’re looking for
- Proven Programme Manager with strong delivery experience in complex environments
- Background in legal or professional services preferred, with understanding of partnership structures
