What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with HR, internal communications and business leaders to embed change
- Deliver a portfolio of culture and change initiatives across the business
- Translate strategic objectives into structured programmes and executable plans
- Manage governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and delivery timelines
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across regions and functions
- Drive stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and partners
- Support change adoption through structured frameworks and practical implementation
- Track KPIs, programme metrics and ensure measurable impact
What we’re looking for
- Proven Programme Manager with strong delivery experience in complex environments
- Background in legal or professional services preferred, with understanding of partnership structures
- Strong PMO discipline across governance, planning and execution
- Experience supporting change initiatives and driving adoption
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders while remaining hands‑on
