Are you an IT Trainer with law firm experience looking for an exciting new position? Covering the position of sole IT Trainer in the London office, you will be providing high-level IT training for the needs of the business, including remote and onsite training for a leading global law firm. You will be collaborating with the global training team to provide a mixture of BAU and project training for users of all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Creating training material, preparing, and delivering training to internal users.
- Involvement in Firm-wide rollouts, new starter induction training, as well as the continuing development of Firm employees.
Essential skills:
- Must have experience of working as an IT Trainer in a law firm.
- Must have experience with iManage.
- Experience with Camtasia or similar video editing tools.
- Experience of all Microsoft Office applications, in particular, MS Word.
- Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels within the organisation, and with varying degrees of technical ability.
- eLearning training tools - creating eLearning training for users.
- Experience with AI software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
