A small London law firm (approx. 150 users) is looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to become the senior technical escalation point within a close-knit IT team of five. This is a broad, varied role where you'll own infrastructure, support key projects, and help shape the firm's technology roadmap as they prepare for an office move this summer.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary 3rd line/infrastructure engineer for the firm
- Manage and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra/Azure AD and Intune
- Maintain networking, security, backups and virtual environments
- Support infrastructure projects and ongoing improvements
- Provide occasional 2nd/3rd line support when required
We're looking for someone who
- Has strong Microsoft infrastructure experience across Servers, M365 and security
- Has worked in a small/medium law firm or professional services environment
- Enjoys being a broad, hands-on technical generalist
- Is comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team
