Are you a QA leader who enjoys shaping automation strategy and driving technical quality across complex enterprise systems? We are working with a leading organisation looking for a Test Lead to take ownership of QA strategy, automation, and delivery across a range of business-critical platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end QA lifecycle across multiple projects
- Own automation strategy, particularly within Playwright (C#)
- Define QA standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Oversee third-party vendors and ensure quality benchmarks are met
- Drive AI-enabled testing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business teams
- Implement and optimise testing within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

What we’re looking for:
- Strong QA leadership experience (5–7+ years, including leadership)
