A leading Law firm are hiring an ITIL Process Analyst to join their dynamic IT Service Management team. You’ll support and improve key ITIL processes, Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management — helping to ensure consistent, high-quality IT service delivery across the firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid grasp of ITIL best practice.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and monitor ITIL processes, driving consistency and improvement.
- Lead Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and support incident/problem resolution.
