What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead end-to-end business analysis, partnering closely with stakeholders and developers to gather and document requirements, map and improve processes, and ensure the delivery of impactful IT change projects using Agile methodologies.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
- Support strategic initiatives through data analysis and trend identification
- Use tools like UML, process maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Collaborate with test leads and developers throughout project lifecycles
- Ensure documentation, QA, and stakeholder communications are thorough and accurate
