Head of Cyber Security London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote per week) Up to £130,000 + Bonus + Benefits Permanent | Full-Time (Reporting to the CTO) Join an international law firm as a highly capable and experienced Head of Cyber Security, you’ll lead the strategic development and operational delivery of its global cyber security programme. This is a critical leadership role offering autonomy, scope, and direct influence over the firm’s security posture and technology strategy. What you’ll do: * Define and implement a comprehensive global cyber security strategy. * Managing the global cyber security team. * Collaborating with risk, compliance, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership. * Leading cyber operations including incident response, threat monitoring, detection, and recovery. * Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks including ISO27001, NIST, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials+. * Overseeing security architecture, tooling, and controls including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, and Azure. Skills you’ll need to demonstrate: * 5+ Years experience in a cyber security leadership role, ideally as Head of Cyber Security, CISO, or Director of Information Security (Essential). * Experience in a law firm or regulated professional services environment. * Experience managing international or multi-jurisdictional security programmes (Essential). * Deep knowledge of information security best practices, tools, frameworks, and compliance. * Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at board and operational level. * Relevant certifications; i.e (CISSP, CISM, CRISC) To Apply Please submit your CV or contact us in confidence to discuss the role further
