Role Overview
Our Legal client is seeking an experienced EUC Analyst to develop, implement, and maintain end-user computing environments. This role requires strong expertise in Intune, Autopilot, and application packaging, along with familiarity with iManage DMS Cloud. The ideal candidate will support UK and international projects, collaborate with vendors, and enhance endpoint security and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Intune MDM/MAM, Windows Autopilot, and application packaging.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Manage patching, deployments, and automation initiatives.
- Develop technical documentation and enforce security policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate endpoint solutions and improve services.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an EUC Engineer or similar role.
- Expertise in Intune, Autopilot, application packaging, and Windows/macOS management.
- Familiarity with iManage DMS Cloud, Active Directory, and PowerShell Scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools, virtual desktops, and endpoint security solutions.
