Business Analyst – Digital

We’re working with a leading professional services client seeking a confident, forward-thinking IT Business Analyst to join their agile, tech-led transformation journey.   • Role: IT Business Analyst (permanent)
  • Salary: £50-53,000
  • Location: Flex across Cambridge or Chelmsford (3 days in-office)

In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital solutions across a wide range of internal projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative Product Delivery Team, driving technical change and innovation at every level of the business.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead end-to-end business analysis, partnering closely with stakeholders and developers to gather and document requirements, map and improve processes, and ensure the delivery of impactful IT change projects using Agile methodologies. You’ll:

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
  • Support strategic initiatives through data analysis and trend identification
  • Use tools like UML, process maps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with test leads and developers throughout project lifecycles
  • Ensure documentation, QA, and stakeholder communications are thorough and accurate
