We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading UK law firm, for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their IT team in Norwich.
The Role
* Provide 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, iManage, iOS).
* Act as an escalation point for the 1st Line Service Desk team.
* Manage endpoint devices using SCCM, Intune, and other tools.
* Ensure compliance, software updates, and liaise with third-party vendors.
* Train and support end-users to enhance their IT experience.
