We are working with a highly regarded international professional services organisation looking for an HRIS Analyst to join its London team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors across a global organisation.

The role:
Working closely with HR, HRIS, IT, vendors and stakeholders across multiple international offices, you will help ensure SAP SuccessFactors is effectively configured, supported and optimised.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing functional and technical support across SAP SuccessFactors
Supporting Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Off
Investigating system issues, data discrepancies and user queries
Supporting configuration, permissions, workflows and business rules
Designing and maintaining reports using SuccessFactors Report Centre and Story Reporting
Developing Power BI dashboards and data models for HR and workforce analytics
Translating stakeholder requirements into practical reporting solutions
Conducting data validation, reconciliation and quality checks
Supporting testing, releases, enhancements and post-go-live activity
Working closely with HRBPs, HR process owners, IT teams and external vendors
Producing documentation and delivering knowledge
