The PAM London HR team includes Generalist, Learning & Development and Reward & Benefits specialisms. Together, we partner with the business to provide comprehensive and high-touch support to approximately 300 PAM employees as well as delivering local HR support to colleagues in Pictet Wealth Management and Pictet Alternative Advisors.
Your role
- Reporting to the Senior HR BP and working alongside two other HR generalists, you will become a trusted first point of contact and advisor to all colleagues in London across a range of HR generalist topics.
- Recruitment: In collaboration with HR BPs, execute the recruitment strategy including drafting job descriptions, manage external recruitment support, organise interviews and issue contracts. In time, lead recruitment processes end to end with an initial focus on temporary roles.
- Onboarding: Accompany new joiners from the point of signature to their first day in a seamless onboarding journey using SuccessFactors modules. Ownership of content & delivery of new joiner inductions, benefits briefings etc. Key liaison with IT, Compliance etc to ensure new joiners have full set-up from day one.
- Benefits: Act as the first point of contact for benefits related questions, calling on the guidance of the Reward team where needed.
- Ensure all operational & life-cycle processes run smoothly and effectively. For example, amendment letters, departure processes, background screenings, reference requests etc.
- Employee Relations: Support HR BPs where needed or when a learning opportunity is available. For example, note taking during disciplinary, grievances or sickness absence processes.
- Support the broader Generalist HR team on regulatory change, process improvements, and policy updates.
Your profile
- Approximately 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced high-performance environment delivering the best possible outcomes for the business. This could be within a HR, Recruitment, or Team Assistant role.
- Experience using SuccessFactors, Icertis, and Docusign alongside an automation mindset are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credible relationships across the business.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
