In this role you lead the transformation of HR into a data-driven, insight-led function. You translate complex people data into practical insights that shape business decisions across turnover, performance, compensation, and engagement. You will build and scale an analytics capability, governance, and AI-enabled tooling to uncover workforce trends and improve the employee experience. You join a cross-functional environment to deliver measurable value and advance the HR agenda in a EU/UK context.

Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a vision for a data-driven HR function and determine required skills and ways of working
- Manage a small team, prioritize requests, coach to build capability
- Assess and modernise the HR analytics technology landscape, including AI-powered tools
- Own HR metrics and enhance their relevance for business insights
- Establish clear data governance for HR and ensure it is fit for purpose
- Introduce tools and platforms to rapidly generate new insights
- Expand descriptive analytics to deepen insights into turnover, DEI, and talent
Key requirements
- 8–10 years of work experience
- University degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- Proven track record leading people analytics initiatives or establishing a people analytics function
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Snowflake; Python and other programming languages
- Understanding of modern data science/machine learning frameworks; cloud-based analytics
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors (advantageous)
- Recognised authority in data and analytics; strong AI, ML, and data science knowledge
- Strong HR domain knowledge across the employee lifecycle
- Ability to translate complex analytics into clear business insights
- Experience leading a team and hands-on with complex analysis
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised ML applied to HR challenges
- Experience in a matrix organisation and collaboration with remote cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English; French knowledge beneficial but not essential
- Based in Geneva or London; if Geneva, resident of Switzerland
