The Investment Reporting team serves institutional clients and financial intermediaries through three core pillars:
- Producing high‑quality client and marketing documents;
- Promoting an exceptional client experience by providing customized and timely solutions;
- Innovating to continuously improve how documents are designed, produced and distributed.
Your Role
Production of DocumentsDeliver high‑quality investment reports, marketing materials and client presentations with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and timeliness. Own end‑to‑end production topics: manage priorities with stakeholders, anticipate bottlenecks, and ensure reliable delivery during peak periods. Contribute to strengthening production robustness through ongoing process improvements. Play an integral role in the migration of existing reports to the Vermilion Reporting Suite (VRS) and the transition of our data to Snowflake.
Client Experience EnhancementImprove client satisfaction by raising quality standards and service responsiveness. Evolve reports, templates and content to enhance investment insights, increase clarity, storytelling and visual impact for our clients. Partner with Sales and Investment teams for client meetings/reviews and translate feedback into concrete improvements in reporting output and service practices.
Reporting InnovationIdentify pragmatic opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate recurring tasks to improve efficiency and quality at scale by using technology.
Your Profile
We’re looking for a proactive, motivated and skilled individual who brings analytical thinking, technical skills to support modern reporting, a client mindset, and a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of financial markets, with experience in investment reporting / client reporting or a similar environment with a strong focus on Fixed Income and Multi‑Asset.
- Strong analytical problem‑solving skills, high attention to detail, and a proven quality mindset.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and collaborating effectively across teams and locations.
- Ability to translate complex investment data into clear, visually compelling client‑facing material.
- Advanced SQL, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with VRS / Snowflake / Tableau is a strong asset.
- Strong interest in new technology and AI / GenAI, applied to automation, quality controls and innovation generation, Python highly valued.
