At Picsart, creators are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that delivering exceptional creator experiences is key to our success. Our Design disciplines, Product Design, User Research, and UX Writing, shape these experiences and help define what’s next for Picsart.
In this role, you’ll design and shape features that impact millions of users daily. You’ll work across web and mobile platforms, with opportunities to reimagine flagship features and craft new ones. Embedded in the core product areas, you’ll partner with growth, monetization, product marketing, and engineering teams to drive meaningful outcomes for both Picsart’s users and business. You will be working mainly on Picsart Flow.
This is a purely hands-on role, with no line management. We’re looking for someone who leads through craft, contributing directly with high-quality design work and influencing through execution.
You will operate with an AI-first design workflow, from ideation to prototyping, pairing Figma with AI IDEs (e.g., Cursor) to test interaction patterns quickly and ship with data-backed confidence.
Responsibilities- Create Impactful User Experiences: Lead the design of Picsart’s most-loved tools, delivering seamless, engaging, and visually stunning experiences for web and mobile.

- Put Users First: Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure your designs are intuitive, impactful, and grounded in real user behaviours and needs.
- Prototype with AI + code: Move from sketch → wireframe → coded prototype fast using Figma and Cursor to validate concepts with users and telemetry.
- Leverage Data to drive design: Partner with analysts and product managers to translate data insights into actionable design improvements that align with Picsart’s goals.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with growth, monetization, product marketing, and engineering teams to implement designs and maintain a cohesive user experience across touchpoints.
- Raise the bar: Push for excellence in design standards, delivering work that inspires your peers and elevates the overall product experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products. (ideally within SaaS, creative platforms, editing tools, or gaming)
- Expertise in Figma and AI tools to enhance the design process.
- Familiarity with front-end code and vibe coding for rapid design prototyping.
- Strong visual design skills—typography, layout, motion, or illustration.
- Experience improving user flows (specifically for activation, onboarding, and retention).
- Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
- A compelling portfolio showing end-to-end product design thinking and examples of successful impact you've had.
- Experience working with marketing teams or creative agencies, with a deep understanding of their workflows and needs.
What we seek and value: Professionalism in both soft and hard skills; motivation to grow, learn and share, positive attitude, flexibility, transparency, ownership and the most important - passion and commitment.
