Senior Director of Product, Design Business Solution

We\’re looking for a Product Leader with a deep understanding of developing products for B2B and prosumer markets, passionate about the creator economy. Experience in areas aligned with our mission—such as Content Design, Marketing, or Productivity Tools—is highly valued and can provide a strong foundation, though it’s not a requirement. The Senior Director of Product will report to the CPO, owning the Ads Design solution within our Core Editing platform. They will enable users to design marketing content quickly, effectively, and beautifully in Picsart across web platform and mobile. They will focus on developing intuitive, powerful tools and workflows that enable users to create with ease, as well as the content strategy to curate and expand our inventory of templates, assets, and integrations for designing. As a senior leader, you will collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, Growth, and Brand teams to shape the vision and deliver a best-in-class Ad Design experience. You will Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver impactful initiatives that enhance the Ads Design editing experience. Collaborate with Product Design, Content, and Engineering leaders to shape the vision for the Ads Design product, and define a clear roadmap and execution strategy. Effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, fostering alignment and enthusiasm across teams. Navigate the emerging competitive landscape, make trade-offs, and allocate resources to maximize impact. Take ownership of product outcomes by setting measurable goals, driving impactful solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. Work closely with data and analytics teams to establish KPIs and evaluate the success of product initiatives. About you 5+ years of experience as a Product Director or demonstrated success in leadership, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration at a senior level. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and convey a compelling vision to both business and technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to be able to make data-influenced decisions and report on the business outcomes of the roadmap and strategy. Highly developed managerial skills to coach and develop a team of Product Managers (5-10). Experience working on mobile (iOS/Android) as well as Web platforms. Willingness and ability to travel to offices in London (UK), Berlin (Germany), Madrid (Spain), and Yerevan (Armenia). Nice to have Strong background in design with a keen sense of aesthetics and functionality, including familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva. Familiarity with image, video, content, editing, or related solutions. Strong background with B2B and marketing-focused products. Experience working with AI technologies, including LLMs, specialized models, and agent-driven workflows to enhance product capabilities.
