Picsart is the world's #1 creative platform with over 100 million creators and 2.5 billion installs. The mission: make creativity accessible to everyone.
Join a team where your work impacts millions of creators daily and your ideas drive real change.
As a Creator Success Manager, you'll help Picsart's Creators realize the full value of the platform by driving adoption, better output and long-term advocacy.
Creators are the solopreneurs, freelancers and small agencies who run their own marketing and deliver real client work on our AI tools.
When a generation fails, it's their money and their deadline.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of top Creator accounts, guiding them on generative AI workflows, prompting, model selection and best practices for producing client-ready work.
You'll connect Creator goals with Picsart capabilities, resolve Creators' issues end to end, and translate usage data and support patterns into clear, actionable recommendations for Creators and for our Product and Engineering teams.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Support and Trust & Safety, and in your first year success will be measured by Creator satisfaction, retention and the quality of the signal you bring back into the product.
We're hiring two people, one in the US and one in Europe, so Creators are covered across time zones.
Please note that this is a Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract); you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, with the option to join us in the office whenever you’d like!
- How You'll Make an Impact
- Build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned Creator account, focusing on adoption, output quality, and long-term satisfaction with Picsart.
- Investigate Creator issues end to end: reproduce the problem against generation logs, identify the root cause, resolve or elevate it, and close the loop with the Creator in hours.
- Coach Creators to better output: diagnose why a result missed and recommend a fix, and guide them on advanced workflows and our more technical features.
- Measure and monitor Creator usage and health, spot when activity drops off, and reach out proactively before accounts churn.
- Translate repeat questions into self-serve content: FAQs, templates and short guides that shrink the queue over time.
- Filter a noisy queue into actionable escalations: reproduce, attach logs and generation IDs, and write escalations an engineer can act on without a follow-up.
- Publish a weekly voice-of-customer signal to Product and Engineering covering what's failing, what's confusing, and what Creators are asking for.
This is a core deliverable, not an afterthought.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Support and Trust & Safety to streamline issue resolution, route content-policy appeals, and align on Creator success plans.
- What You'll Bring
- Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption, value realization, and advocacy for a paid software product.
- Background in customer success, account management, premium or technical support, or a related function with direct customer engagement.
- Hands‑on fluency with generative AI tools: you can diagnose why an output ignored the prompt and explain it plainly to a non‑technical creator.
- Comfort making refund and goodwill decisions independently, inside a policy you'll help write.
- Enough technical comfort to read a generation log and reproduce a bug well enough to elevate it cleanly.
- Skill in translating usage data and support patterns into clear, actionable insights for both Creators and Product and Engineering stakeholders.
- Proven ability to turn repeat tickets into self‑serve content or product change.
- Excellent written English; you'll spend most of the day writing to creators and to engineers.
- Openness to learning, with transferable skills from adjacent roles or industries that support collaborative, outcome-focused customer partnerships.
- Good to have
- Further language skills: Spanish, French, German, Arabic or Russian
- Familiarity with content moderation and community‑guidelines appeals
- Experience supporting freelancers, agencies or marketing teams
- Experience with support and analytics tooling
