Picsart, the AI media production and distribution platform, where 100M+ creators and businesses worldwide make, market and monetize content. Join a team where your work impacts millions of creators daily and your ideas drive real change. Picsart's creator channel (agencies across the US, Asia, LatAm and Europe, thousands of active creators, tens of millions of views a week, and a creator program that pays for results) is something we want to make much bigger.

You own the relationships and the execution: finding and signing agencies and creators, the agreements, getting content published, tracking what it drives, and deciding which partnerships to keep, grow or end. You'll run a network the size of a department with a team of two. AI does what a team of ten used to: it builds the outreach lists, screens agencies and creators, scores every partner's performance and drafts the reporting. Data, Finance and Legal do their parts. You decide what the machine does and make the calls it can't. This is a role for someone who already works this way.

Please note that this is a Full-time Contractor (12 months) role.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Find and sign partners. Agencies and creators in every market that matters, working toward 50 agencies and 500,000 creators. You know where the good ones are and how to reach them.
  • Get the agreements done. Terms, exclusivity, data access, rights and payment: in writing, on Picsart's terms, with Finance and Legal behind you.
  • Get campaigns published. Live on time, in every market, at the volume agreed. Every post carries its link, its code and its creator, so nothing goes out untracked.
  • Track what each partner drives. Signups, first generations, credits used, paying users and big spenders, in dashboards the Data team builds to your spec.
  • Decide who continues. Recommend which partnerships to grow, hold or end based on what they convert, not what they view. Scale what repeats; cut what was lucky.
  • Grow revenue and usage. 100x the revenue and AI credit use coming from the influencer and affiliate programs. Pay for results, never for views, and put the money behind what converts.
  • Build Picsart's own creator base. Creators that agencies bring in end up on Picsart's terms, in Picsart's database, with a direct relationship, so agencies stay a choice, not a dependency.
  • Sell the network to partners. AI model partners and brands already pay to run campaigns with our creators. Bring in more of that money so it covers a growing share of what the network costs.

What You'll Bring

  • Partnerships you've run at scale. Creator, affiliate, UGC or influencer. A network you grew from a handful to dozens. You signed the partners that worked and ended the ones that didn't.
  • A head for numbers. You can work out what a partner costs you per paying user, and whether they earn back what you pay them.
  • Judgment about what's real. Results that came from a few individual creators aren't proof the model works, they're proof those creators work. You can tell which one you're looking at.
  • Negotiation that closes. Terms, exclusivity, data, exit: signed, not agreed in principle.
  • A way of working that uses tools instead of headcount. And you work well with Finance, Legal and Data without needing to be them.
  • Experience across markets is a big plus. You know what wins in one country rarely copies to the next, and you're good at finding the local agency, operator or creator who can open a market you can't open yourself.
  • Great communication skills in English. Any other languages are a plus.
