We’re looking for a strategic product marketing expert who can simplify complex hardware and engineering technology into compelling market messages. If you thrive on uncovering customer insights, driving successful product launches, and enabling sales growth, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the vital link between our innovative hardware and the global markets, directly impacting product adoption and pipeline growth.
- Own and create the definitive product positioning, messaging, and objection‑handling for our entire hardware range.
- Conduct persona discovery, run market and customer insight programs (interviews, win/loss analysis), and map customer needs to market size to validate new product opportunities.
- Drive successful new product introductions, arming Sales and Distributors with essential datasheets, FAQs, playbooks, and sales tools.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Applications Engineers/SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and market relevance.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate persona insights, content drafting, and competitive monitoring.
- Partner with the Growth & Digital team to maintain optimized product pages and launch effective campaigns that drive awareness and demand.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Technical Marketing, ideally within hardware or complex engineering contexts.
- Ability to simplify complex hardware and diagnostic technologies for diverse audiences.
- Strong writing and presentation skills for creating high‑impact content and sales enablement materials.
- Familiarity with persona mapping and customer journey frameworks.
- Experience collaborating seamlessly across Sales, Engineering, and external Distributors.
- Advantageous: experience in automotive, electronics, or diagnostic markets, or within a distributor‑led sales model.
