Your role

We\’re looking for a versatile IT Specialist who thrives on variety. You won\’t just be answering tickets; you\’ll be the technical engine of our business. If you enjoy jumping from a server configuration in the morning to a networking fix in the afternoon, this is your ideal environment

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Providing high-quality IT support across the business, keeping systems running smoothly and securely
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues across desktop, server, and network environments
  • Maintaining and documenting business-critical systems and processes
  • Managing and delivering IT projects, introducing improvements, and supporting business growth
  • Helping to upskill and support staff through training and guidance
  • Keeping your own skills sharp with opportunities for continuous learning and development

What you\’ll need:

  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop & server environments
  • Solid networking skills (switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
  • Knowledge of virtualisation (e.g., Hyper-V) and back-end storage systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; experience with Azure or other providers is a plus
  • MacOS or Linux experience is a bonus β€” but not essential.
