Your role
We\βre looking for a versatile IT Specialist who thrives on variety. You won\βt just be answering tickets; you\βll be the technical engine of our business. If you enjoy jumping from a server configuration in the morning to a networking fix in the afternoon, this is your ideal environment
What you\βll be doing:
- Providing high-quality IT support across the business, keeping systems running smoothly and securely
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across desktop, server, and network environments
- Maintaining and documenting business-critical systems and processes
- Managing and delivering IT projects, introducing improvements, and supporting business growth
- Helping to upskill and support staff through training and guidance
- Keeping your own skills sharp with opportunities for continuous learning and development
What you\βll need:
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop & server environments
- Solid networking skills (switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
- Knowledge of virtualisation (e.g., Hyper-V) and back-end storage systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; experience with Azure or other providers is a plus
- MacOS or Linux experience is a bonus β but not essential.
