What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality IT support across the business, keeping systems running smoothly and securely
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across desktop, server, and network environments
- Maintaining and documenting business‑critical systems and processes
- Managing and delivering IT projects, introducing improvements, and supporting business growth
- Helping to upskill and support staff through training and guidance
- Keeping your own skills sharp with opportunities for continuous learning and development
What You’ll Need
- A collaborative, customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop & server environments
- Solid networking skills (switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi)
- Knowledge of virtualization (e.g., Hyper‑V) and back‑end storage systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; experience with Azure or other providers is a plus
- MacOS or Linux experience is a bonus — but not essential.
