Your role

As our Distribution Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our global footprint in the automotive workshop equipment sector. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a high-performing international network of automotive distributors. Your mission: increase market share through strategic partnerships and deliver impactful commercial results. This is a commercially focused, hands-on role that requires you to build strong relationships, provide ongoing support, and act as a key liaison between our global markets and internal teams. From monitoring market trends and competitor activity to contributing at trade shows and distributor conferences, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in international distributor/channel management (automotive or technical industries)
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple markets or partners simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel internationally (including trade shows & distributor events)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

It would be preferable if candidates already have an established network within the automotive workshop equipment market.
