As a Business Analyst Intern at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact—you’ll analyze data, help identify opportunities, and support strategies that push boundaries and redefine the grocery shopping experience. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative team in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. During this internship, you’ll have the chance to work closely with experienced analysts, gaining mentorship and developing the skills needed to be well‑prepared for a potential Business Analyst full‑time role with us.

Your superpowers

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or Production Engineering; Mathematics; Econometrics; AI; or equivalent.
  • Passion for data analytics and business consulting.
  • You have knowledge of fast‑paced environments.
  • You have the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in comprehensible manner to various stakeholders.
  • Your communication skills allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or are excited to learn.
  • You are fluent in both verbal and written English and have an EU citizenship available.
  • Available for at least 4‑6 months for a Regular Internship or a Master Thesis internship.
