• Strong quantitative foundation: You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable quantitative field.
• Proven impact in dynamic environments: 0‑3 years of work experience in a fast‑paced environment, start‑up, or scale up. First touchpoints with business consulting is a big plus!
• Problem‑solver at heart: You thrive on complex, real‑world challenges and excel at breaking big, ambiguous problems into smart, actionable solutions.
• Clear and confident communicator: Strong communication skills in English which allow you to convert abstract plans into structural solutions for your stakeholders.
• Go‑getter with an entrepreneurial mindset: You cut through ambiguity, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
• Analytical mindset: You have a strong grasp of math, logic, and quantitative reasoning, and bring a data‑driven approach. Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
