We're a fast growing, founder led startup, passionate about making digital advertising better for everyone.
We're looking for a Client Success Executive to join our CS team on a short, fixed term contract - and it's a genuinely great chance to get real, hands on experience fast. Requirements
We're looking for someone enthusiastic and comfortable communicating directly with clients over email. You should be organised, quick to pick things up and happy working in a fast paced environment with truly great people. No prior industry experience is required but you should be confident using everyday tools like Gmail and Google Sheets - and comfortable using AI tools as part of your day to day. This role will report into Ellie, our Head of Client Success. Ellie and the team will give you training and support along the way but equally, we're looking for someone who's happy to get stuck in and figure things out as they go.
