Internal applicants who are applying for a role in their current school must nominate a senior leader who is not the Headteacher (e.g., Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, or the Director of Education for the school).

Internal applicants to central team roles must nominate a senior leader either from the central team or from the Trust school that they are currently working in.

At Pickwick Academy Trust, we welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences. We are looking for colleagues who can work in a way that reflects our values of aspiration, collaboration, inclusion, enjoyment, and nurturing relationships. This means setting clear goals, working respectfully with others, treating everyone fairly, creating a positive environment, and building supportive and consistent relationships with pupils and colleagues. You do not need to "be a certain type of person" to succeed here, what matters is how you work. If you want to support children to do well, enjoy being part of a team, and want to contribute to a warm, inclusive, and ambitious Trust, we would be delighted to receive your application.

Princecroft Primary School would like to recruit an enthusiastic and high-quality teacher with vision and creativity, who enjoy working within a dynamic and committed staff. We believe that children only get one chance to experience childhood, and that they have an absolute right to the highest quality of education.

The successful applicant will support a community where everyone is encouraged to reach their potential, work together toward shared goals, feel valued, enjoy a positive environment, and build relationships founded on kindness and trust.

Princecroft Primary School is a small, friendly school and nursery for children aged 2 to 11, serving families in Warminster and the surrounding area. Visitors often comment on our pupils' excellent behaviour, the calm and purposeful atmosphere, and the strong relationships that underpin our school culture. OFSTED praised our pupils' behaviour as "impeccable" and "outstanding." If you are looking to work in a collaborative, values-led school where children come first and staff are supported to grow and flourish, we would love to hear from you.
