Job Summary
We are looking for a caring, responsible individual who enjoys working with children. The role offers the chance to play an important part in pupils’ lunchtime experience, ensuring they are safe, happy and engaged during lunch and play. You will work as part of a team or independently under the guidance of the Senior MDSA.
Responsibilities
- Ensure children are safe, happy and engaged during lunch and play sessions.
- Support a positive, inclusive environment that reflects the school’s ethos, values and safeguarding practices.
- Assist the Senior MDSA in day‑to‑day supervision duties.
- Maintain a supportive and collaborative working relationship with school staff and parents.
Qualifications and Experience
- Approachable, patient, and proactive attitude.
- Experience working with children is desirable.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
