Key Responsibilities- Lead the school’s vision, strategic direction and implementation of the national curriculum.
- Inspire and support staff and pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Drive continuous improvement and staff professional development.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, community, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory regulations.
- Manage the school’s resources, staffing and budget.
- Represent the school at local and national events.
- Qualified Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher with substantial experience leading a primary school.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Evidence of driving improvement in pupil achievement and school effectiveness.
