Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and set a clear vision for the school.
- Champion academic excellence and support the development of a high‑quality curriculum.
- Motivate and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage parents, pupils and the wider community to promote a positive school environment.
- Ensure safeguarding policies are fully implemented and adhered to.
- Represent the school at local and national forums.
Qualifications & Experience
