We are seeking a candidate who enjoys helping children reach their full potential, can provide focused, personalised support, works collaboratively with colleagues and parents, and is proactive, adaptable, and committed to promoting inclusion and positive behaviour. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm are essential to help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. This role offers the chance to be an integral part of the classroom, supporting a differentiated curriculum, delivering targeted interventions, and helping create a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment for all pupils.
The successful applicant will support a community where everyone is encouraged to reach their potential, work together toward shared goals, feel valued, enjoy a positive environment, and build relationships founded on kindness and trust.
