Working Hours & Pattern:
- Lunchtime Playworker/Classroom Technician – 12:00pm – 1:15pm (5 hours per week)
- Teaching Assistant – 1:15pm – 2:30pm (5 hours per week)
- After School Club Leader – 3:00pm – 6:00pm (15 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering classroom learning, provide targeted support to pupils, and assist with practical activities that enhance progress and engagement.
- Provide a safe and inclusive play environment during lunchtime, promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating activities for the after‑school club, fostering children’s development, independence and confidence.
- Work closely with colleagues across the school to build positive relationships with pupils and parents.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the whole‑school learning experience.
