Job Summary
We are looking for a caring and responsible individual who enjoys working with children. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive difference to pupils’ lunchtime experience. You will help ensure children are safe, happy, and engaged during lunch and play, working as part of a team or independently under the guidance of the Senior Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA).
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of children during the lunch break, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
- Support the Senior MDSA in the provision of lunchtime supervision and safeguarding.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order in dining and play areas.
- Encourage students to follow school values and contribute to a shared sense of community.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine caring attitude.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
