We’re looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our growing Quality Team. This role offers hands‑on experience, development opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the UK food supply chain.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Quality Control Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, food safety and hygiene in our Abattoir and Boning Hall.
  • You’ll work closely with QA colleagues, production staff and supervisors to ensure every product leaving our facility meets strict internal and regulatory standards.

Key Tasks Include

  • Carrying out visual inspection and trimming to ensure quality compliance
  • Identifying contamination risks and reporting issues promptly
