The role
We're looking for a Pickles Customer Experience Host to give our members and their pets an unparalleled experience at our Fulham High Street veterinary practice.
You'll be the warm, welcoming face people and pets see the moment they arrive. Your job is to make every member feel at home, create a delightful visit for them and their animals, and provide friendly digital support β helping members with our app, bookings, and membership questions.
This is a non-clinical role, but a love of dogs and cats, big and small, is essential. After all, we're the vet your pet would choose.
What you'll do
- Greet members and their pets and make them feel instantly at ease
- Create a calm, friendly, memorable experience throughout every visit
- Support members with digital tools β bookings, our app, and membership queries
- Keep the space welcoming, organised, and running smoothly
- Give plenty of cuddles to our visiting dogs and cats
- Get stuck in and help us refine and improve how we do things
Who we're looking for
You're a natural extrovert β friendly, engaging, and brilliant at putting both people and animals at ease. You're client-centric, with real flair and warmth when you communicate. You're organised, confident with technology, and have a keen eye for detail.
You don't need any veterinary background β we'll provide all the training and support you need. What matters is a genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
