We’re after a Recruitment Consultant with sales swagger and proven experience running a busy commercial temp desk to take the reins. This isn’t a cushy “inherit someone’s little black book” gig – you’ll be building and growing this desk from scratch, so you’ll need to love sales calls, client visits, and the thrill of filling roles at breakneck speed. What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your New Circus Act): * Running your own commercial temp desk – full 360 recruitment * Winning new business (sales calls, client meetings – no cold-calling robots, just real conversations) * Registering, interviewing, and maintaining a pool of top-tier temps * Matching the right candidates to the right jobs faster than the competition * Handling compliance, onboarding, and payroll with minimal drama * Basically being everyone’s lifesaver when their receptionist calls in sick at 8am Who We’re After: * Sales experience – essential.
