About Us
We are Pickles Recruitment: loud, proud, purple, local and absolutely not boring. We supply staff across manufacturing, food, logistics and clerical, and our social media is a BIG part of our brand. Fun, real, energetic, slightly cheeky (ok very cheeky).
The Role
This is a hands-on content role, not just sitting behind a laptop scheduling Canva posts. You will:
- Be in the office 1 day per week filming content (reels, TikToks, stories, behind-the-scenes)
- Spend 1 day per week editing and posting content
- Plan, create and post engaging content across:
- TikTok
- LinkedIn (lighter, but still Pickles)
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a fancy degree; we need personality and creativity. You’ll be ideal if you:
- Love social media and actually get it
- Are confident filming people (and not awkward about it)
- Can edit videos confidently (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.)
- Have great ideas and aren’t afraid to suggest them
- Are organised enough to plan content, but flexible enough to jump on trends
- Match our fun, positive, high-energy culture
- Are happy being in-office to film (this is non-negotiable)
What This Is NOT
Not a remote-only role
Not just scheduling posts
Not corporate, stiff or dull
Not can you just post a quote graphic
