We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We specialise within Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial and Office recruitment across the North West, supporting businesses with both temporary and permanent staffing solutions.
This is a full 360 role where you will be responsible for:
- Business development
- Client management
- Vacancy management
- Candidate sourcing & interviewing
- Account growth
- Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous recruitment experience
- Is confident building relationships with clients and candidates
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Is commercially driven and motivated
- Can manage their own workload effectively
