About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator / Factory Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, involving machine operation, quality checks, and general factory duties. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to commit to the shift pattern on a long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading raw materials and monitoring machine performance
- Carrying out quality inspections on finished products
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Reporting faults or issues to supervisors
- Supporting the wider production team as required
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory, or machine operating role is desirable
