An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Electro-Mechanical Fitter/Assembler to join a growing assembly team based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. This role involves working on specialist equipment supplied across the UK and worldwide, primarily within the oil & gas industry. The Role:
- Working within a busy assembly environment, helping to build and test electro-mechanical products to exact specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working from schematic and mechanical GA drawings
- Liaising with team members and other departments to ensure component availability
- Assembling and testing products in line with Quality Plans and Certification requirements
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues
- Following company procedures, policies, and work instructions
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Training or experience within electro-mechanical engineering (NVQ, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
